214: Salad Days

img_20160801_185418.jpgEmily made us a salad for dinner. The Romaine lettuce was from her Mom’s garden and the kale was from an organic market. Emily topped it with turkey chunks and cherry tomatoes. For dressing, she used tomato salsa and blue cheese with a sprinkling of parmesan. All in all, muy excelente!
