I attended a meeting on the implementing rules and regulations of the Privacy Act. My friend A– was organizing the nationwide consultations together with the National Privacy Commission. I pulled some strings to get it done at Ateneo. The participants numbered around thirty — not as many as the gathering in Manila — but I liked the level of interaction.
